Naturally Framed

Images of a couple of my favorite subjects at play during Solstice celebrations out by the river this year. For some reason, well…. probably because it was Solstice, I was trying to get images of them framed by nature and lo these shots presented themselves.

Every now and again they step into exactly the right place and to exactly the right thing, and you’re lucky enough to be following them with the camera when they do.

He so loves running around in the woods.

Both images are HDR’d from 3 bracket sets but with no special effects added.

That all said, I’m still lov’en the 55-250mm telephoto. With the exception of a series of Urbex images from an abandoned farm house soon to be posted, it’s been on my camera pretty well all the time since I got it.
